Information Notices is de digitale vragenronde bij een aanbesteding. Inschrijvers stellen hun vragen op één plek, de aanbestedende dienst beantwoordt ze, en uit die vragen en antwoorden stelt de app de Nota van Inlichtingen op. Elke stap wordt vastgelegd, zodat de procedure achteraf te verantwoorden is. Zo hoeft niemand meer vragen uit e-mails bij elkaar te zoeken.

Functional description
<p>Information Notices bundelt de communicatie tijdens een aanbesteding. Inschrijvers dienen hun vragen in, de aanbestedende dienst beantwoordt en verduidelijkt, en de app houdt per vraag de status bij. Documenten koppel je aan een vraag of antwoord.</p>
<p>Uit de afgehandelde vragen stelt de app de Nota van Inlichtingen samen en publiceert die. Berichten richt je aan specifieke partijen, geef je een prioriteit en volg je op ontvangst. Het archief en het volledige spoor van vragen en antwoorden blijven doorzoekbaar.</p>

TECHNICAL FEATURES
<p>Frontend: een Vue 3-app in TypeScript, gebouwd met Vite, met Vuetify 4 voor de interface en Pinia voor de toestand van de app. De app draait binnen ANT OS.</p>
<p>Backend: de app heeft geen eigen server en declareert geen eigen tabellen. Vragen en verduidelijkingen zijn taken van twee eigen taaktypen in het ANT OS-platform, en documenten gaan via het documentbeheer van het platform. Beheer is voorbehouden aan de rol van de aanbestedende dienst.</p>
<p>API: de app communiceert met het platform via de ANT API met @antcde/connect-ts.</p>
